Field Service Supervisor – Houston, TX

Mustang Cat is actively recruiting an experienced Field Service Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead the day-to-day operations in our Power Field Service Department. If you have a background in diesel engine repair, industrial power systems
, and team leadership

What You’ll Do as a Field Service Supervisor:

• Lead and support engine field service technicians
• Ensure expert execution of service work on Caterpillar Power products
• Schedule technicians to expedite repairs at customer job sites
• Oversee technician productivity, training, and development
• Monitor department expenses and technician overtime
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly
• Promote safety compliance and enforce best practices in field operations
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections
• Coordinate parts orders and component repairs
• Open, edit, review, and finalize work orders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Systems Management, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, make informed decisions, and lead under pressure

✅ Strongly

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with Caterpillar systems (SIS, DBS)
