You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every project is a masterpiece of efficiency, safety, and quality. Your key responsibilities include:

• Strategize & Lead:
  Plan, organize, and evaluate construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and specifications.
• Optimize Profitability:
  Monitor project progress against budget, manage material and labor variances, and help develop accurate cost estimates.
• Drive Safety Culture:
  Enforce daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and company standards, maintaining a zero lost workdays record and leading by example.
• Mentor & Grow Teams:
  Oversee crew members, support recruiting high-quality talent, and champion internal training programs.
• Ensure Excellence:
  Conduct final walkthroughs with foremen and customers, guaranteeing optimal satisfaction and job site restoration.

We're looking for a leader with an ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Minimum four years of industry experience.
• Expert safety knowledge and a keen awareness for hazard elimination.
• Proven industry leadership experience managing people and projects.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 50%–75% of the time by ground.

• Highly self‑motivated with a drive to succeed.
• A quick learner, able to take instruction and produce high‑quality work.
• Knowledge of OSHA 10 guidelines (certification is a plus).
