Collaborate daily with Production and Service Managers, Sales, and Project Managers to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Crew dispatching, customer updates, approvals, reports, and submittals.
• Interface regularly with Sales and Estim Haven to ensure effective and timely communication.
• Identify and resolve operations and customer service problems efficiently and immediately.
• Conduct inspections and attend pre‑construction and pre‑bid meetings.
• Perform all other projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Operations, Service Manager, and upper management.

• Bachelor Sim's degree in a related industry; preferably Construction Management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks, prioritizing projects based on business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

• Bilingual—English/Spanish.
