Health Client Leader

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Operations and Client Leader to oversee client service delivery, operational performance, and claims oversight within our Health & Benefits business. This role is central to ensuring exceptional client experience, efficient internal operations, and effective claims management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, industry expertise, and operational rigor to drive results and support business growth.

Client Leadership & Relationship Management
  • Act as the senior relationship manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead benefit strategy development, renewal planning, and program implementation grunt.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver tailored, compliant health and benefits solutions.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure consistent service excellence.
Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations across client service teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Claims Oversight
  • Lead oversight of health and benefits claims processes, ensuring timely resolution and client advocacy.
  • Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact claims, coordinating with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for intervention.
  • Ensure claims handling aligns with service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Provide strategic input on claims cost containment and employee experience improvements.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers, analysts, claims and support staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and client success.
  • Support recruitment, training, and career development initiatives.
Strategic Contribution
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape business strategy and operational priorities.
  • Contribute to product development, vendor management, and market positioning.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in health and benefits insurance, with a focus on operations, client service, and claims.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
