Role Summary/

Purpose:

The Contracts Manager will lead the end-to-end contract life cycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements while maximizing value and mitigating risks. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in full-cycle contract management, including contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution and post-execution management.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft,review,redlineandnegotiateavarietyofcontracts,includingbutnotlimitedto

    NDAs, MSAs,purchaseagreements,service agreements,purchase orders,LOIs,changeordersand vendor contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Sales, Procurement and Operations,toaligncontracttermswithlegal,regulatoryandcompanyrequirements.
  • Manage operational,financialandlegalrisktothecompanythroughrobustcontract management.
  • Manage the full contract life cycle from initiation through execution, renewal or termination.
  • Trackkeycontractmilestones,deliverablesandobligations,includingrenewaldatesandnotice provisions.
  • Supportresolutionofcontract-relateddisputesincollaborationwiththe

    Legalteamand external counsel when necessary.
  • Serveaspointofcontactforcontractualmattersacrossmultipledomesticand international business units.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract management concepts, best practices and obligations.
Requirements &

Skills:
  • Bachelor’sdegreein

    Business

    Administration,English,Law,Finance,orarelatedfield.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Proventrackrecordofsuccessfullymanagingagreementsandotherdocumentswith multiple stakeholders.
  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternalstakeholdersinwrittenandoral formats.
  • Highattentiontodetailandexcellentorganizationalskills.
  • Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlineswithcompetingpriorities.
  • Experience with government contracts preferred.
