Role Summary/
Purpose:
The Contracts Manager will lead the end-to-end contract life cycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements while maximizing value and mitigating risks. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in full-cycle contract management, including contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution and post-execution management.
Responsibilities:- Draft,review,redlineandnegotiateavarietyofcontracts,includingbutnotlimitedto
NDAs, MSAs,purchaseagreements,service agreements,purchase orders,LOIs,changeordersand vendor contracts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Sales, Procurement and Operations,toaligncontracttermswithlegal,regulatoryandcompanyrequirements.
- Manage operational,financialandlegalrisktothecompanythroughrobustcontract management.
- Manage the full contract life cycle from initiation through execution, renewal or termination.
- Trackkeycontractmilestones,deliverablesandobligations,includingrenewaldatesandnotice provisions.
- Supportresolutionofcontract-relateddisputesincollaborationwiththe
Legalteamand external counsel when necessary. - Serveaspointofcontactforcontractualmattersacrossmultipledomesticand international business units.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract management concepts, best practices and obligations.
Skills:
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Business
Administration,English,Law,Finance,orarelatedfield. - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Proventrackrecordofsuccessfullymanagingagreementsandotherdocumentswith multiple stakeholders.
- Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternalstakeholdersinwrittenandoral formats.
- Highattentiontodetailandexcellentorganizationalskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlineswithcompetingpriorities.
- Experience with government contracts preferred.
