Pay Range$129,500 - $204,500 per year
Job DescriptionLeads major construction project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities. Interfaces between project team, construction site and management. Supports negotiation and administration of EPC agreements and contracts throughout execution stage.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide guidance on EPC Agreement terms, obligations, changes, claims, and escalates issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of contract administration plans and procedures.
- Develop and present EPC Agreement training for Owner Project Team.
- Investigate complex EPC Agreement issues, draft mitigation letters, coordinate with legal.
- Lead evaluation, negotiation, and management of change orders per Change Management Plan.
- Utilize EPC Contract Claims Management Plan to evaluate claims, coordinate teams, and negotiate settlements.
- Support administration of BAR insurance requirements.
- Research regional and global events to mitigate risks and draft internal memos.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, supply chain, or equivalent. Required.
- Master's degree. Preferred.
- 5+ years in contracts administration or management within complex capital construction. Required.
- 3+ years drafting complex contractual correspondence and managing change orders, claims. Required.
- 3+ years administering EPC Agreement, dispute resolution, commercial legal. Required.
- Experience with procurement and supply chain, developing training materials. Preferred.
- General corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations.
- Contract negotiation skills, problem‑solving, interpersonal communication.
- Analytical, mathematical, listening, documentation skills.
