Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for an experienced IGT-HSC Operations Manager who is eager to join a growing organization with an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work. This position requires a self-starter and forward thinker to collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize, coordinate, and implement services that meet and exceed external Gas Turbine customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting site and safety initiatives, including documentation, observations, JSAs, etc.
• Driving accountability and adherence to policies for employee safety and operational excellence.
• Developing operational strategies aligned with division goals.
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, assessing gas turbine readiness.
• Collaborating on project planning with third-party vendors.
• Ensuring repair time commitments are met or exceeded.
• Optimizing operational labor efficiency to reduce costs and increase output.
• Managing customer communications related to repair projects.
• Ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 9001 during site visits.
• Participating in root cause analyses and providing recommendations to customers.
• Facilitating parts mobilization and demobilization.
• Ensuring accurate labor requirements and project timelines.
• Guiding troubleshooting efforts and maintaining proficiency with software tools.
• Conducting pre- and post-job analyses.
• Adhering to safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Supporting process development and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Background checks, drug screening, and competency assessments.
• Associate degree or 7-10 years of Gas Turbine industry experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (Microsoft Office, CAD, Solid Works).
• Strong industry, business, financial, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Availability for flexible hours and travel as needed.
• 7-10 years of supervisory experience.
