Position: Groundskeeper / Porter
Description

Tarantino Properties is now hiring Groundskeepers / Porters in Houston for our Apartment Communities.

Responsibilities

* Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris

* Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces

* Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas

* Maintain dumpster and trash areas

* Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed

* Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

* Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Requirements

* Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

* Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
