Regional Maintenance Supervisor; Hands

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of 6 apartment communities
. This role requires a working supervisor who leads by example, actively participates in repairs, and ensures all properties meet company standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for 6 communities

• Perform and assist with hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance

• Ensure all work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready schedules are completed timely

• Supervise, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable for performance and productivity

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property standards and curb appeal are maintained

• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control maintenance costs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Respond to emergency maintenance situations when required

• Minimum 10+ years multifamily maintenance experience

• Prior supervisory or multi-site experience strongly preferred

• HVAC certification preferred (EPA required)

• Strong plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between communities
