The Janitorial Maintenance Technician plays an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and supporting facility operations. In this position, you will help ensure that production areas, common spaces, and workstations remain clean, safe, and organized while assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility to keep walkways clean and safe
• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment surfaces, and employee workstations
• Remove debris and maintain organized work areas using proper cleaning tools and equipment
• Assist with light painting and minor facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms, restrooms, and other shared spaces
• Empty and maintain trash bins and waste containers across the facility
• Support outdoor facility upkeep, including trash removal and light grounds maintenance
• Work with machine operators to safely clean around equipment and production areas
• Complete additional facility support tasks as assigned

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required, depending on operational needs

• Minimum of 2 years of janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience required
• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
