Responsible for the operational service of the buildings and grounds of the college facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties listed above. The qualifications below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. No experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to read, write, speak English, and perform basic arithmetic. Ability to work independently, collaborate well with diverse staff and students.
Physical DemandsAbility to travel to campus and offsite locations, lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate a motor vehicle (valid driver’s license required).
OtherNon-smoking environment. Background and driving record checks required. Drug and alcohol testing may be required for conditional employment.
