Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; diagnose issues using blueprints or manuals;
Lead and participate in teams; coordinate and execute work assignments to meet timelines and quality;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; track parts, purchases, and warranty claims;
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations; uphold Walmart quality standards and safety requirements
