Facility Maintenance

• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break areas
• Perform light janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Restock restrooms and supply areas as needed

• Maintain exterior walkways, entrances, and surrounding areas
• Remove debris, clean outdoor seating areas, and ensure exterior spaces remain tidy

• Assist with minor repairs or report maintenance issues to supervisors
• Set up or break down rooms, furniture, and equipment for events or building needs
• Deliver supplies, materials, and packages to designated areas

• Provide directions or basic assistance to visitors, tenants, or customers
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Report hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure all assigned work areas meet health and safety standards

• Previous porter, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
