Coach, train, and develop non-exempt maintenance Partners as directed;
Review daily labor schedules, balance staffing and overtime to meet Team goals;
Execute and adjust tactical and strategic maintenance plans to achieve Team goals;
Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) and ensure preventive/predictive maintenance;
Administer Partner certification in preventive and predictive maintenance and generate status reports
