* Job Description:

**** Key Results Areas
*** Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems for machinery and equipment
* Perform all required maintenance inspections and safety checks as required
* Help service customers with their equipment
* Troubleshoot and submit repair bids to Manager
* Perform required Preventive Maintenance (oil change, lube, filter changes, etc.)
* Submit all paperwork to Service Manager on a timely basis
* Effectively and consistently communicate with Service Manager
* Assist in the training process of new employees
* Follow a consistent schedule of performing preventative maintenance of all equipment in the branch
* Operate and test equipment to ensure it passes quality and efficiency standards
** Skills & Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Associate degree or certificate from a technical school
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in rental/equipment maintenance
* Basic mechanical and electrical working knowledge
* Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
* Computer skills to support entering information into systems
* Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform basic computer operations such as opening and closing work orders
* Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR standards
