Maintenance Technician III at Houston, Texas, US
, you will be trusted to maintain process knowledge and perform all operations in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operation procedures!

• Monitoring daily activities in department and updating supervisor of all safety, equipment, or other related issues.
• Training and assigning work to lower-level technicians.
• Coordinating activities to complete required preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Maintaining appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
• Locating and diagnosing failures, replacing defective components, and performing basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and written instructions.
• Using a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
• Possibly redesigning vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing equipment.
• Possibly estimating labor and equipment costs and preparing requisitions as required.
• Moving/loading product with a forklift.
• Working w/equipment that uses hazardous chemicals and requires wearing self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) while performing certain tasks and in emergency response situations.
• Excellent safety awareness and strictly adhering to all safety requirements.
• Filling in for other techs during planned vacations - including working night and weekend shifts.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience.

• Work hours: C Shift (10 hours):
  Saturday - Tuesday, 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM
