*** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
** Custodial Cleaner
** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive atmosphere.
*** What You'll Do

** Custodial Cleaner,
** your duties will include:
** Responsibilities
* ** Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.
* Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins
* Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Conduct carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed. Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards, paying attention to detail in every task.
* Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment and have knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
* Assist in organizing cleaning schedules and managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
* Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repair or maintenance needs to management.
* Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
* Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
** This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS
**** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Must possess an
** Active Secret Security Clearance
** with the ability to obtain a
** TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
*** High school diploma or GED equivalent* (1)+ years' of experience in custodial work or equivalent positions
* Be able to clearly and effectively communicate with staff and guests
* Ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc.
