• Deliver a positive customer experience while representing our products and services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair XOS instruments on‑site, providing timely solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors both in‑person and by phone.
• Collaborate with internal support and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide training to customers and end‑users on proper operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, including reports, documentation, and inventory.
• Build strong customer relationships and gather field feedback to support product and service improvements.

• 1–5 years of technical experience, with strong electro‑mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting tools.
• Willingness to travel 80–90%, including overnight trips; must live near a major airport.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation range: $36.00 – $40.00 USD per hour. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
