Overview
The Senior Supply Chain Manager – U.S. Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing and optimizing all supply chain activities across U.S. operations. This position provides end-to-end oversight of field procurement, warehouse and yard operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and asset administration to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material support to operations.
Responsibilities- Direct and optimize all supply chain activities across U.S. operations, with end-to-end oversight of field procurement, warehouse and yard operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and asset administration.
- Aim to deliver measurable improvements in cost control, service levels, inventory accuracy, and process standardization across multiple districts and areas.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HSE, and Corporate Supply Chain leadership to align supply chain performance with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Strong leadership capable of driving organizational change, developing high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
