**** Crude Operator – Cushing Pipeline Operations
**** Overview:
** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crude Operator to support our Cushing-based pipeline operations. This role is responsible for the execution, scheduling, and logistics of crude oil movements across multiple pipeline systems and storage assets centered in Cushing, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will ensure operational accuracy, commercial alignment, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:

* • Manage day-to-day pipeline scheduling and nominations across Cushing-area pipelines, including volume forecasting, balancing, and compliance with carrier deadlines.  
• Monitor and reconcile physical inventory positions across Cushing tankage, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment between operational and commercial records.  
• Maintain accurate and timely updates within Blackstar (our trade capture and operational system of record), ensuring all movements, volumes, and allocations reflect commercial intent.  
• Coordinate with terminals, carriers, and counter parties to manage linefill requirements, tank transfers, receipts, deliveries, and any operational issues impacting flow.  
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational risks, such as imbalances, quality concerns, system constraints, or disruptions.  
• Support traders and commercial operators by providing real-time operational visibility, constraint updates, and optimization opportunities across Cushing assets.  
• Ensure all pipeline documentation, confirmations, and settlement inputs are completed accurately and on time.  
• Contribute to process improvements, data accuracy initiatives, and operational best practices across the pipeline operations team.  
• Track various costs and revenue / inventory positions for producer services

* Qualifications:

**- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Minimum 2 years of experience in crude oil operations, preferably with exposure to pipeline scheduling or midstream logistics.  
• Strong understanding of Cushing infrastructure, pipeline systems, blending, and storage operations (e.g., Enbridge, Enterprise, Plains, etc.) preferred.  
• Experience working within a trading or midstream environment is a plus.  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally under time-sensitive conditions.  
• Highly organized, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a high pressure environment.
