Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000/year

Expeditor Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules
- Identify and address potential delays, working with vendors to expedite shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and resolve shipping issues.
- Receive shipments of materials and examine deliveries to ensure accuracy
- Provide status updates to project managers and the procurement department on material availability
- Ensure timely turnaround of goods
- Facilitate the flow of materials between departments and parties
- Address supply chain disruptions and take corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to assess supplier and vendor reliability
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Identify areas of improvement
- Other duties as assigned

- 5+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain within the material handling, industrial equipment, or manufacturing industries.
- Previous experience managing supply chain and project schedules.
