• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Operate equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Essential functions/skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid accurate movements; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Physical: able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry items up to 30 pounds, push and pull trays, climb stairs, stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, crouch/squat, reach up/down/forward, use hand tasks with forearms and wrists, operate equipment, use tools.
• Work conditions: varying weather, temperatures 36–90°F, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Proof of valid driver's license with safe driving record and access to insured vehicle for delivery.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, aiding in delivery tasks, driving, handling heavy loads, rapid movements, use of lower back and arms.
