Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Greater Houston. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with managing case files, preparing legal documents, and conducting legal research. Daily tasks include drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing and organizing documents, and supporting the litigation process effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation case management
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Organize, review, save, and maintain case files and records (digital and physical)
  • Calendar and track litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court settings
  • Conduct legal research and support trial preparation
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal staff
  • Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
  • Experience drafting pleadings and motions
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent certification) preferred
  • Personal injury litigation experience is a strong plus
