We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team in Houston. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases in divorce, child custody, child support, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for family law, who is ready to make a significant impact on our clients lives.
Responsibilities- Providing expert legal advice in the areas of child custody, child support, divorce, spousal support, adoption, and other family law matters.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents related to family law cases.
- Conducting thorough case investigations to uncover evidence and prepare for trial.
- Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop strategies for complex cases.
- Staying updated on the latest changes in family law and advising clients accordingly.
- Building relationships with clients and providing them with compassionate and effective legal representation.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
- Admission to the Texas State Bar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
