A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm in Houston is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. With over two decades of advocacy for the injured and wronged, the firm offers a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.

• Manage a docket of 50–80 litigation files from pre-litigation transition or immediate litigation intake
• Maintain proactive client communication and satisfaction metrics
• Supervise paralegals and ensure adherence to client contact protocols
• Conduct strategic file reviews and drive case progression
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair when needed
• Monitor and meet performance KPIs including settlements, financials, and case duration
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and foster trust
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines

• 3–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach to litigation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
