Boston, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or
- Private Equity transactions
This is a fantastic chance to work within a premier national practice handling sophisticated, high‑value transactional matters.

To be considered, candidates must:
- Be licensed to practice law in the state where they reside
- Have top academic credentials
