Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on litigator who has personally handled complex commercial disputes and regularly appears in court.
What We’re Looking For8+ years of commercial litigation experience (non-insurance defense preferred)
- Taking fact witness depositions (including use of exhibits)
- Taking and/or defending expert witness depositions
- Drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment
- Drafting and arguing discovery motions
, including motions to compel - Handling TROs and temporary injunction hearings (witness testimony; TRE/FRE familiarity)
- Argued cases on appeal (state or federal)
- First-chair jury trial experience
- Second-chair jury or bench trial experience
- Real estate and property disputes
- Fraud and fraudulent inducement
- Breach of fiduciary duty
- Non-compete and confidentiality disputes
- Trade secrets and unfair competition
