Tax Attorney

Mitchell Tax Law, is seeking tax attorneys for our Houston office. We are in search of a highly motivated Tax Attorney who is passionate about tackling IRS tax debt and collection cases, state and IRS audits, appeals, and litigation. The ideal attorney should bring at least 1 year of hands-on tax experience to the table, possess a profound understanding of tax laws, able to bill a minimum of 30 hours per week while possessing the ability to develop and obtain new clients, work as part of a team, and be willing to study outside of work to advance skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of tax experience
• Ability to handle a busy workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
