Salary $70,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our legal team in all aspects of our litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial litigation. You will work closely with attorneys to prepare for hearings, trials, and arbitrations, assist with research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. This is a full‑time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, court filings, and attendance at trials or hearings.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
- Organize and manage case files, documents, and evidence.
- Coordinate and manage document productions.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
- Maintain calendars and track deadlines.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably experience in commercial litigation.
- A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases. Candidates MUST be proficient in Relativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
