Personal injury law firm in Midtown Houston is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, experienced Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assist in all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

• Communicate with clients
• Set up Treatment
• Provide general administrative support
• Maintain and update documentation
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Prepare case-specific documents
• Drafting correspondence and pleadings
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediation, and trial
• Assist with discovery requests
• E-Filing (state and federal)
• Calendaring and docketing

• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
• Certification from an ABA-approved program or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
• Strong Organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills
• Handle high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Document management experience
• Excellent research skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software, "Clio" case management software is a BIG PLUS
