Contracts Administrator (In-House | Hybrid | Full-Time – Contract)
Our client is a leading engineering and construction company responsible for designing and building major infrastructure plants and facilities across the United States. The company is seeking temporary legal support to assist its in-house legal team with sourcing, negotiating, and executing key commercial agreements in support of several large, high-value projects.
This is a critical, hands‑on position within a collaborative and collegial in‑house legal team. The role is full-time and expected to last at least three months. A hybrid schedule is preferred, with at least two days per week in the office in San Antonio or Houston; remaining days may be worked remotely.
ResponsibilitiesThe role will focus on procurement, supply chain, and vendor agreements involving complex and significant dollar values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing contracts through the full lifecycle—from first‑line review and MSA drafting through negotiation, execution, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications- Significant experience reviewing, negotiating and completing multi‑million dollar contracts (construction contracts experience preferred)
- Paralegal or Legal Operations experience with a large company
- Judgement and professionalism to work directly with business teams, especially procurement and supply chain

- Pay:
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position). - Benefits:

Benefits‑eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
