We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in the area of guardianship, powers of attorney, trusts, and estates. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performance legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry with a strong emphasis on the mentioned areas.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is capable of handling complex legal matters and providing expert advice to clients.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in the areas of guardianship, powers of attorney, trusts, and estates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to estate planning and management.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and in front of government agencies, as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to guardianship, powers of attorney, trusts, and estates.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff in the firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in guardianship, powers of attorney, trusts, and estates.
• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the state.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters related to estate planning and management.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior staff.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
