The Role

You will work closely with clients across diverse industries, advising on:

- Day-to-day HR and compliance matters, including terminations, workplace investigations, and policy development

- Employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings

- Claims under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related statutes

- Drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts

- Delivering proactive training and compliance solutions tailored to client needs

The Candidate

- 3–6 years’ experience in employment law (litigation and/or counseling), ideally from a respected national or strong regional firm

- Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills

- A proven ability to provide commercially sound, client-focused advice

- Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative working style
