Position:
Employment Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff)

Experience Level: 3 to 7 years (defense background considered)

Houston, TX (onsite)

• Manage wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment matters in both state and federal court
• Draft motions, take and defend depositions, and handle discovery and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners on strategy, staffing, and negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates
• Mentor junior attorneys or support staff when appropriate

• 3 to 7 years of experience in employment litigation (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Familiarity with federal and state employment law practice
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset and strong courtroom presence

• Base salary around $200,000 depending on experience
