Civil litigation defense regional law firm seeks a junior to mid level Legal Assistant/Secretary for its energy corridor/Houston located office. Hybrid.

Reports to a named partner. Interesting, fantastic docket, and an expansion role within a collaborative, friendly office culture. Team celebrates top tenure; really nice people!

• Document management systems experience
• E‑Filing and filing
• Support attorneys and paralegal case preparation
• Adapt to firm processes, with training by veteran paralegal and partner

• 2‑5 years of experience
• IT savvy, communicative with strong customer service skills
• Drama‑free, team player seeking a collaborative, friendly office
• Available for litigation experience growth and willingness to adapt

• Full‑time, non‑exempt
• Hybrid work arrangement
• Base pay range $65,000–$80,000 per year
• Annual bonus potential
