As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you’ll support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process—from case filing through trial. You’ll manage court deadlines, draft legal documents, coordinate client communication, and ensure case files are always up to date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitor and manage the legal service inbox

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, and trial preparation materials

Calendar all hearings, depositions, deadlines, and key events

Summarize medical records and other evidence for attorney review

Coordinate with clients, vendors, witnesses, and experts

Track litigation expenses and process court filing fees and invoices

Prepare exhibit binders, subpoenas, and trial-related documentation

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Background Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

Personal injury experience required

Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court processes

Experience drafting discovery, motions, pleadings, and pre-trial documents

Excellent organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (Filevine preferred)

Paralegal certificate preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
