• 5+ years of Plaintiff's side personal injury experience (trial experience a major plus).
• Proven track record in motion drafting, depositions, courtroom arguments, case evaluation, and case management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Negotiation savvy and a drive to succeed.
