Paralegal

Team Tobias Staffing is seeking an experienced Paralegal in Houston. As a paralegal, you will be a member of our corporate legal team, reporting directly to your Managing Legal Counsel. This role supports a diverse range of legal and operational outcomes, including many business issues.

This is what your day will look like:

• Reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing third-party supplier contracts
• Coordinating and documenting
• Tracking the statuses of third-party supplier contracts throughout various contract and risk review processes
• Completing risk methodology spreadsheets and data entry in applicable systems
• Assisting with legal contract assessments
• Receiving and responding to direction from attorneys
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Significant knowledge of and ability to understand contract language
• Proven ability to complete work and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Extensive experience with WORD, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and use of contracts/risk management programs
