Senior Paralegal

Overview

We’re partnering with a well-respected Houston law firm located on the west side of Houston, just outside the 610 Loop
, seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal to support complex commercial litigation matters.

This role is ideal for a true trial paralegal
—someone who thrives in high-stakes cases, understands the rhythm of trial, and is a critical part of the litigation team from discovery through verdict.

This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be deeply involved in trial preparation, e-discovery, and courtroom support
, working closely with seasoned trial attorneys.

• Support commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
• Lead and assist with trial preparation
  , including exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and courtroom logistics
• Manage and coordinate e-discovery (document review, productions, databases, and vendors)
• Assist attorneys during trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Prepare and manage pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
• Organize expert materials, demonstratives, and trial technology
• Keep cases running smoothly in fast-paced, deadline-driven litigation

• 5+ years of heavy commercial litigation trial experience (law firm required)
• Proven trial prep and in-court support experience
• Strong e-discovery background and comfort with litigation databases
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Calm under pressure and confident in high-intensity trial environments
