We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Associate for our Corporate - Investment Funds division in the Legal industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-performing team that delivers top-tier legal services in the field of investment funds. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and will be responsible for advising on all aspects of fund structuring, private investment, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as fund operations.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of investment fund matters, including fund structuring, private investments, regulatory and compliance issues, and fund operations.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective strategies for our clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are fully informed and compliant.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive high-quality legal services.
• Work closely with other divisions within the organization to provide a holistic service to our clients.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client presentations.
• Handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A law degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in the area of investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of fund structuring, private investment, regulatory and compliance matters, and fund operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• A commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
