A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Probate Litigation Associate to join its Houston office on a clear, transparent partnership track

You will work on fiduciary litigation, complex probate disputes, and trust matters
, often involving high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates. The practice is busy, substantive, and client-facing from day one.

• Handle complex probate and trust litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across multi-issue disputes
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage your own docket with autonomy and accountability
• Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Play an active role in building and growing a long-term practice

• 5+ years of probate litigation experience
• Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
• Proven legal writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
• Interest in developing referral relationships and a sustainable practice

• Consistent record of high achievement

• Strong academic background and writing credentials
