• Minimum three years of experience in construction litigation.
• Admission to the FL State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and proven research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Direct experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

• Handle all aspects of construction litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and related documents.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Advise clients on construction law matters such as contract disputes, defect claims, and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and deliver high‑quality legal services.
