Associate Attorney

A leading Am Law–caliber law firm with a well-established Houston presence is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join its growing practice.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex leasing matters, along with exposure to purchase and sale agreements, title review, and related transactional work. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters for high-quality clients in a collaborative, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex leasing matters and related real estate transactions.
• Review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and other transactional documents.
• Conduct title review and due diligence for real estate deals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients.
• Manage matters independently while supporting team initiatives and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant real estate experience, including leasing.
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements and title review preferred.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
