Attorney - Business Litigation Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of business or commercial litigation experience
    , including federal litigation
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar
  • Strong academic credentials with exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Attorney - Business Litigation Preferred Background & Skills
  • Federal clerkship experience
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or complex commercial disputes
Attorney - Business Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and conduct in-depth legal research to support all phases of litigation
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations
  • Advise clients on a range of business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disagreements, and risk management
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies
  • Manage multiple complex caseloads, ensuring deadlines and professional standards are consistently met
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and outstanding service
