Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required
  • Strong experience with discovery, e-filing, calendaring, and docket control
  • Familiarity with deposition and mediation preparation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in an office environment

  • Coordinate hearings, court filings, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and vendors
  • Assist in deposition and mediation preparation, including organizing exhibits and logistics
  • Prepare trial notebooks and support attorneys in all phases of case management and trial preparation
