Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a competitive salary of $150,000 plus 10% of attorney's fees from settled cases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cases from petition to trial, including depositions, expert selection, mediations, and supervising paralegals.

Draft motions and argue at hearings, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP).

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and opposing counsel.

Engage in mentorship opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth, striving to become the best PI attorney possible.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience on the plaintiff's side in a personal injury law firm, with a focus on litigation.

Experience handling motor vehicle accidents; premises liability experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the TRCP, and a willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.

A proactive, organized personality eager to advance cases and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Licensing Requirements

Bar license in Texas (required). License in California strongly preferred.
