Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Trial Attorney who can step into a very critical role at our busy, and growing firm, specializing in Construction Defect, Commercial, and Personal Injury Litigation. The ideal candidate must be able to manage active cases from pre-suit through trial, handling all phases including pleadings, discovery, and trial prep. They must be able to conduct and defend depositions, hearings and mediations.
Qualified candidates will need to work alongside other attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategy, and must be able to maintain strong client relationships.
