Commercial Litigation Associate – Multiple Locations:

A leading law firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Practice Group,
The ideal candidate will be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate with experience handling complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting and managing written and document discovery
- Researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Preparing witnesses for testimony
- Appearing at status conferences
- Arguing motions in state and federal court
Experience with
settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation is preferred.
