National Law Firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Houston office. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and support for trials and arbitrations.
- Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
- Strong skills in discovery, depositions, and drafting complex motions.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.
- Superior academic credentials and a team-oriented mindset.
