You’ll be part of a lean, high‑performing team handling a wide range of commercial cases—many tied to construction and real estate projects—with exposure to other complex business disputes and occasional executive‑level defence work.

• Take ownership of general commercial litigation matters with support from senior trial lawyers
• Draft pleadings, motions and discovery; handle hearings as you grow
• Work on case strategy from day one, not just back‑room research
• Interact directly with sophisticated clients and opposing counsel
• Location:
  
  Houston (Galleria area) – hybrid work arrangement
• Compensation:
  Up to $200k base (DOE) + bonus + full benefits

• 4–5 years of solid commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, motion practice and case‑management skills
• Confidence working with a good degree of autonomy
• Interest in developing business over time (they’ll coach and support you)
• Texas bar admission
